Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all workshops and services offered by CreAItive, operated by Nitin Kumar, India.
Workshop registration
By registering and paying for a CreAItive workshop, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment is received via Razorpay.
Session access
Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique joining link for your registered session via email. This link is personal and must not be shared. Sharing your link with others constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in access being revoked without refund.
Rescheduling
Each registration entitles you to one free reschedule to the next available batch of the same workshop. Reschedule requests must be made via WhatsApp before the session begins. No rescheduling is permitted after a session has started.
Cancellation by CreAItive
In the unlikely event that we cancel a session, all registered students will receive a full refund within 5–7 working days, or may choose to transfer to the next available batch.
Intellectual property
All workshop content, slides, prompts, and materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of CreAItive and Nitin Kumar. Recording the session in any format is strictly prohibited. Sharing session materials publicly without written permission is not permitted.
Join and Win competition
The competition is open to all attendees who complete the session assignment and post it on Instagram tagging @CreAItive and using #CreAItive within 5 days of the session. Prizes are ₹5,000 for the winner and ₹2,500 each for two runners up. Winners are selected by the CreAItive team within 7 days of the session. Prize amounts are paid via bank transfer within 7 working days of announcement. CreAItive's decision is final. By entering, you grant CreAItive permission to reshare your post for promotional purposes.
Certificates
Digital certificates are issued only to attendees who joined and remained in the session for a minimum of 80% of its duration. Certificates are not issued for missed sessions.
Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct during sessions. CreAItive reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your city], India.
