All content shared during Nitin CreAItive sessions — including slides, prompts, workflows, frameworks, and materials — is the intellectual property of Nitin CreAItive. Recording any session in any format, whether audio or video, is strictly prohibited. Sharing session materials publicly without written permission from Nitin CreAItive is not permitted.

The Nitin CreAItive competition is open to all session attendees who complete the assignment and post it on Instagram tagging @nitincreaitive and using #NitinCreAItive within 5 days of their session. Prizes are ₹5,000 for the winner and ₹2,500 each for two runners up, paid via bank transfer within 7 working days of the winner announcement. Nitin CreAItive's decision on all competition matters is final. By entering, you grant Nitin CreAItive permission to reshare your post for promotional purposes with credit to your handle.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully during sessions. Nitin CreAItive reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour, with no refund issued.
