This includes sending your joining link, session reminders, your certificate of completion, and occasional communications about upcoming Nitin CreAItive workshops that may be relevant to you. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or sell it to any third party.

Nitin CreAItive uses the following third-party services to operate: Razorpay for payment processing, Zoho for session booking and email delivery, and Google Sheets for internal record keeping. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and may store data on servers within or outside India. We work only with reputable providers and do not share your data with these parties beyond what is necessary to deliver your workshop.
Email and WhatsApp communications
By registering for a Nitin CreAItive workshop, you consent to receiving transactional messages related to your session — including joining links, session reminders, and your certificate — via email. If you have provided your phone number, you may also receive session reminders via WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by emailing support@nitincreaitive.com.
Data retention
Nitin CreAItive retains your personal data for up to 1 years after your last interaction with us, after which it is permanently deleted from our records. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
