What data we collect
When you register for a workshop, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. This is collected via Razorpay's payment page and stored in our internal records. We also collect which workshop and language batch you registered for, and your payment transaction ID for support purposes.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to deliver the workshop you registered for — sending your joining link, session reminders, your certificate, and follow-up communications about related workshops. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use Razorpay to process payments (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy), Zoho to manage session bookings and email communications (governed by Zoho's Privacy Policy), and Google Sheets for internal record keeping. These services may store data on servers outside India.
WhatsApp communications
By providing your phone number at registration, you consent to receiving session reminders and relevant workshop updates via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by messaging us "STOP" on WhatsApp.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at [hello@creatve.in]. We will respond within 7 working days.
Data retention
We retain your data for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction with CreAItive, after which it is permanently deleted.
