Refund Policy
Nitin CreAItive does not offer refunds.
All workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer rescheduling, cancellations, or credit for missed sessions under any circumstances. We encourage all participants to verify their availability and readiness before completing payment.
Our workshops are priced affordably to make professional AI creative skills accessible to as many people as possible. This no-refund policy is what allows us to maintain that pricing and continue running high-quality live sessions.
The only exception — session cancelled by Nitin CreAItive
In the rare event that Nitin CreAItive cancels a scheduled session, all registered participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 5–7 working days. We will notify affected participants by email as soon as possible.
Payment failures
If your payment was debited from your account but your registration was not confirmed, please email us immediately at support@nitincreaitive.com with your name, phone number, and the transaction ID or screenshot from your bank or UPI app. We will investigate and either confirm your registration or arrange a refund within 5–7 working days.
