Our standard policy
All workshop registrations are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans change — which is why every registration comes with one free reschedule to the next available batch of the same workshop.
How to reschedule
WhatsApp us at [your number] before the session starts with your registered email and your preferred new date. We will confirm your new slot within 24 hours.
When we issue refunds
We issue a full refund only if CreAItive cancels a session and you do not wish to transfer to another batch. In such cases, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Payment failure
If your payment was debited but your registration was not confirmed, please WhatsApp us immediately with your transaction ID. We will verify and either confirm your registration or arrange a refund within 2–3 working days.
